Indemnification:
All donations, sponsorships, and other gifts given to support the Artis Jack Hall Golf Klassic will be used to provide scholarships to eligible high school seniors. Accordingly, any donation received will be not be returned but used for that purpose in the event that hosting the golf tournament becomes practicably impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Achievement Foundation. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters; acts of God; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease; quarantines; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond the Achievement Foundation’s control.
A hole sponsor sign essentially makes clear to all golf players and spectators, which company has provided the golf tournament with their support through the sell of products, services and / or financial backing. Your company's name and logo sign will be placed in full view from where the golfers tee off.
